General Competition Rules: All entries must reach the Competition Secretary not less than 24 hours before the start of the competition. Exceptionally - entries may be presented not later than 15 minutes before the start of the competition, provided that the Competition Secretary has prior notice. To avoid embarrassment to the Competition Secretary and the Judge, no entries will be accepted later than 15 minutes before the published start time of the meeting.
